"I have canceled my auto insurance cuz statefarm is ripping people off and they took about a month and half to get my refund back at first they said it usually takes about 5 to 6 days then they keep giving me run around excuses kept extended the time even the agent wasn't professional either I Highly not recommended to anyone..."
"I’m sorry that you’ve had this experience, and I share in your frustration with the situation. Like we’ve discussed many times, the cancellation date was submitted incorrectly. It was a mistake that my team made and one that we corrected as soon as it was discovered. I can’t speak much on how long it took for corporate processing as that is out of our hands at an agency level. However I do acknowledge that the initial problem was one that we caused and I’m sorry for that. "
